January 20, 2009, is a wonderful day for me today! Not only is it inauguration day for my man, Obama!!!! It snowed here! Woooo hoooooo. I was so excited waking up to snow this morning, i ran back in the house and woke up Omar to have a snowball fight! But as we all know, Omar does not do well with waking up early... :(

For most of you who do not know, I am a Miami girl. But this Miami girl has left Miami for the beautiful North Carolina. Omar and I moved up here together to start a wonderful life together and to be close to my mommy!!!! We love it here and would not change moving here for anything in the world. To be honest, we do not even miss Miami! To us, Miami is a place to visit but not to live and we would never move back! Through out our life in NC, I'll be posting some pics.
